On first launch Abentoo automatically creates an account – without email or password. Enter your name, accept the privacy policy, and you can create your first trip right away.
Link your account with “Sign in with Apple”. This lets you reopen the same account after switching devices or reinstalling. Without an Apple link, recovery depends on the iCloud Keychain on the original device.
Your trip content stays on the server. On the same device with an active iCloud Keychain, access can often be restored automatically. Otherwise Sign in with Apple or a previously exported account access helps.
As the crew owner you generate an invitation code under Settings → Crew. Other Abentoo users can use it to join your crew and see shared trips, checklists, logbook entries and vehicle data.
Only those that match your planned events: check-in windows, departure, open bookings, payment deadlines and vehicle reminders. Each category can be enabled or disabled individually in the settings.
Under Settings → Export my data you receive a JSON file with your personal data. Under Settings → Delete account and all data you irreversibly remove your account and all associated content.
Check your internet connection. Under Settings → Support you can see the current API status. If problems persist, write to us at support@abentoo.de – we will take care of it.
Abentoo is a native iOS app for iPhone. iPad is supported but primarily optimised for iPhone. There is currently no Android or web version.
